This space is a loft-style landscape photography gallery. It features 750 square feet downstairs, and about 200 square feet upstairs in an open loft. The front features 18 feet of window light from floor to ceiling and can be accessed by the standard front door, or the optionally-available roll up window garage-style door. Originally designed as a live/work/retail flex space, it features a small complete galley kitchen, single full bathroom and an open plan loft. The downstairs is typically configured with sofa and chairs around a Herman Miller Noguchi coffee table. The exterior of the gallery has a wide 6 foot overhang that provides shade and some shelter from light rain for events that span from inside to outside the gallery. The gallery has it's own street level entrance equipped with a coded door for easy access. Folding tables and chairs will transform the space to a boardroom, meeting room and a presentation room. The downstairs can comfortably seat 30 people in theater style seating. The upstairs makes a great lounge space for meeting breaks and break out sessions.
