PodShare Venice

Host a classy get together in our large grassy backyard in Venice. This location is centrally located, naturally beautiful and large. We can offer use of the BBQ and PA system if ambient noise is a respectful level. Pet friendly, and open to acoustic music. The property has 10 parking spaces, full court basketball, as well as soccer, volleyball, ping pong and ample seating.

This conference room is on the mezzanine level, and can be closed with the pictured barn door. We have a comfortable leather seating area right outside for holding in the case of castings or multiple visitors. The conference room has a 10ft table with 6 office chairs and the ability to bring up many more fold-out chairs. There is a water cooler, 2 white boards, surround sound (by CD only), mini fridge, and 30" TV with HDMI input along with basic television channels. Room: 22ft long by 12ft wide Table is 10ft long by 3.5ft wide We prefer the table does not get moved, because it scratches the floor. We have up to 15 chairs to offer. Property: The conference room is privately yours for the duration of the rental but you are welcome to the shared amenities downstairs such as the huge yard, TV room, lockers, 2 kitchens, parking lot (12 spaces) and full court basketball. The downstairs portion of the property is operated as a co-living space called PodShare which is quiet and independent from this private peerspace rental. Parking: Our lot is first come first serve, shared with the downstairs tenant PodShare. Luckily there is easy free parking on Venice Blvd, Washington Way, Mildred and the Public Library across the street so no worries. We also have a bicycle rack. We have WIFI and there is a front desk to greet your guests. No air conditioning, just a fan. You are welcome to tour the space before booking, just setup the best time or date between 10am and 8pm any day of the week. Rent out the backyard exclusively for events, basketball games, production shoots, etc. on our other PeerSpace listing.

Work anywhere on the property, inside or outside (just not the pods) for the day from 10am to 10pm. Share the conference room, TV room, yard, table-tops, yard, lockers, kitchen, showers and parking. We are one block west of Abbot Kinney on Venice Blvd. inside the PodShare co-living house. Our parking lot is first come first serve, shared with the downstairs tenant PodShare. Luckily there is easy free parking on Venice Blvd, Washington Way, Mildred and the Public Library across the street so no worries. We also have a bicycle rack.
