The Alameda winds its way down from neighboring Santa Clara, through the heart of San Jose. 280 and 101 also meet in East San Jose, before 280 turns to 680 and heads north towards Milpitas and the East Bay. San Jose is served by Caltrain and Amtrak at College Park Station, San Jose Diridon Station, Tamien Station, Capitol Station, Blossom Hill Station, before heading further south into Morgan Hill, Gilroy and Salinas. San Jose is also conveniently home to Mineta San Jose Airport (SJC) for both domestic and international flights.
