We specialize in Historic Garden Weddings. Wedding Rate Special $2,500- for eight-hour-day * Wedding Rate Special offers over eight-hour-day a discounted hourly rate thereafter. All events are a 4-hour minimum. Over 8 hours 10% discount. Outdoor electrical outlet provided. Workspace amenities available for rent: 1 6ft rectangular banquet table seats 6-8 people $7/hr and 10 folding chairs available for rent $2/ea. Mandatory: Cleaning fee of $125- covers indoor floors and bathroom only due upon arrival.
